How to Remove Widgets from Windows 11 PC Taskbar – Guide

In Windows 11, the widget drawer is huge. But what if you don’t want widgets? You may not be able to banish it completely, but you can remove the Widgets button from the taskbar in just a few simple steps. To remove the taskbar widget button in Windows 11, open the Settings app and select the General tab. Under the Taskbar and Window Widget category, select Remove Button.

  3. In this key, you’ll see a number of subkeys and values. The one you’re looking for is “TaskbarWndProc”. Right-click on it and select “New”, then enter the following value: “NoTaskBar” ..
